You are eligible to
be represented by the Akaitcho Dene First Nations in the negotiation of the Akaitcho Agreement with Canada and the Northwest
Territories
You
are an Akaitcho Dene band member;
You
are a descendant of a Dene who was represented at the making of Treaty at Deninu Kue (
You or one of your parents or grandparents has been adopted by such a descendant.
However, you will not be able to vote
on an Akaitcho Agreement or to enroll under an Akaitcho Agreement if you are enrolled in any other agreement within the
meaning of section 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982.
